• E-Teach Forum: benefits and additional points for participants

    This year "Teaching in the 21st Century 2.0" participants are invited to demonstrate their motivation and earn additional points to their project application by online participation in E-Teach Forum discussions.
    During the competition all participants will get access to the E-Teach Forum where they can:

    • find teaching ideas for their project applications
    • seek for best practices
    • connect with international colleagues for collaborative school projects.

    When registering, please make sure that you keep the same username for the competition website and the E-Teach forum. Otherwise the organizers won’t be able to track your activity correctly.

    The E-Teach forum has a mobile version.

  • ⏫ ⏫ If participants want to receive extra points to their project application (10% to the total score), they are invited to complete the following criteria:

    • Leaving at least 3 comments in the discussion thread in one of the 4 competition topics within this category "Teaching in the 21st Century 2.0" The topics are listed below (the topics are already launched):

    1) Greening classrooms with EdTech solutions
    2) Using ChatGPT and other generative AI tools to enhance learning
    3) Build innovative environment in classroom with ICT
    4) Gamifying classrooms to enhance learners engagement

    • Initiating at least 1 topic in any forum category (including this category).

    Nevertheless, make sure that your topics are connected with the competition focuses: promoting green education, the use of generative AI, development of creativity, gamification and game-based learning.

    What does “initiating a topic” actually mean?

    Initiating a topic is not only creating a topic name but also filling it with some content.
    Creating a topic means starting a discussion with your peers, searching for advice, asking a specific question, sharing your experience first and encouraging other users to reply and to share their thoughts or their materials.

    You can add images and files, insert Internet links to your posts if needed.
    Please keep this in mind once you want to start a new topic in any category.

    Please note that all the forum discussions should be done in the English language.

    When participating in discussions plase remember to keep the same username for the competition website and the E-Teach forum. Otherwise the organizers won’t be able to track your activity correctly.

  • All in all, the E-Teach Forum is designed as an open space for teachers to search for peer advice and inspiration, exchange ideas, ask questions or share their practices or materials.
