• Are Schools Teaching the Skills Needed for the 21st Century?

    Hello Everyone
As we step deeper into an age shaped by artificial intelligence, global communication, and constant innovation, the world no longer relies solely on textbook knowledge. Success in the 21st century demands a new blend of skills including critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration, digital literacy, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
Despite the integration of smart classrooms, educational apps, and digital tools, we must pause and evaluate:

Are our schools truly preparing students for the challenges and opportunities of the modern world?
Or are we still relying on outdated teaching methods that emphasize rote memorization over skill development?
    Let's discuss
Are we teaching students how to think, not just what to think?
    2. Are creativity and innovation being encouraged in classrooms?
    3. Are assessments focused on understanding and application rather than memory?
    4. Are we using technology to build skills, or merely to replace the blackboard?
I now open the floor for discussion and invite your thoughts, reflections, and suggestions on how we can move forward to build a truly future-ready education system.

    Thank you.
