We can not mark 
literacy rate until and unless we consider it a primary need instead of secondary. Campaigns on urgent basis should be planned to aware people about value of education so everyone himself/herself should struggle to fulfill his/her this basic need. Because education is the key point to resolve 99% problems of life in every perspective of life.
