It seems that sometime teacher only focused or involved few students of class repeatedly gives chance to answer few students although those students performed well but it's necessary to focus on those students who are not willing to come forward due to many reasons sometimes the reason become a teacher or teacher's behaviour. In teaching practice a teacher should be aware of all the rules of classroom management to ensure that each student is participating in class or trying to be involve but facing some kind of problems so teacher should analyse the problem or try to discuss the problems with those students who are weak or not expressive. Absolutely! True classroom inclusion means giving every student a voice, not just the confident few. A good teacher observes, understands, and supports those who are hesitant or struggling. Sometimes, all it takes is a little encouragement or a change in approach to help them open up. By creating a safe, respectful environment and addressing individual needs, we ensure that “Education for All” is not just a slogan but a lived reality in every classroom.

  • @Bakht54a5e4eb47 Very well said, You’ve highlighted a crucial issue in classroom dynamics. Focusing only on high-performing or outspoken students creates an invisible wall for those who are shy, struggling, or simply waiting for encouragement. True inclusion means recognizing the quiet voices too.

Teachers need to ensure that participation is not just limited to a few, but extended to all—especially to those who hesitate due to fear, past experiences, or lack of confidence. Often, a teacher’s attitude or unintentional bias can become the barrier. That's why reflective teaching and strong classroom management are essential tools.

  • Every student matters, and as educators, it’s our responsibility to uplift every learner, not just a selected few. “Education for all” is not just a slogan—it’s a commitment that should be visible in our daily practices.
