  • @Bousl2336873cb4 Absolutely true sir. Only a single step can make a difference . Today's most important issue that we all are facing is climate change. Here in my country Pakistan every year then summer is becoming more hot due to climate change. If I talk about whole world is facing climate change after effects will be true. We need to step forward little bit and and we can overcome the after effects. For that students should be given more awareness and do some energy saving activities . Even if we ask them to minimise the use of things that are hazard for environment so that we can contribute towards sustainable environment.
My suggestion could be like children in winter or summer holidays or vacations should be taken into online environment fun lovely activities everyday such as recycling the thing, or one day for saving energy to switch off the the electric things and spending nature walk to save energy. , similarly the plantation activities, growing seeds activity, water conservation activities etc.

Recycling of used materials is crucial in combating climate change. By reducing the extraction of new raw materials, it decreases greenhouse gas emissions associated with their processing. Additionally, it saves the energy used in their initial manufacture. Less waste sent to landfills also means fewer methane emissions, a potent greenhouse gas. By extending the lifespan of existing materials, recycling helps preserve natural resources and maintain ecosystem balance.

Dear Mariam, may I ask you a question?
I have heard that Pakistan is one of the countries with the greatest number of β€œclimate refugees,” or people displaced due to climate events and natural disasters.

Do you have such a tendency?

P.S.: the idea with a "climate change camp" is amazing, I will take it to my list of ideas πŸ™‚

  • Dear ma'am Ana yes it's true Pakistan has faced the natural disasters Which severely affected the areas where it happened . As far as climate refugee are concerned it is natural that peoples home have destroyed and due to heavy casualties they had to leave the area but for time being then government of Pakistan has built new Houses and agricultural activities and worked on rehabilitation process not only this but new schools were built for children . definitely they build camps at first but due to taking every possible step they had to migrate for time being.but still it needs a huge work to be done.

    4. 2014 Floods In September 2014, heavy monsoon rains caused extensive flooding in the Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu and Kashmir regions. The floods affected millions of people, resulting in significant loss of life and property.

    5. 2015 Chitral Floods and Glacial Lake Outburst. The Chitral district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa faced severe floods and a glacial lake outburst in July 2015, leading to significant damage and displacement..

  • Hi Mariam
all natural disasters affect a large continent of the world, but we will always adapt....besides, climate change affects several Asian continents as well as other African countries and especially the drought.

    Hello Chokri,
The project is being implemented to create a green school. As pupils receive bottles of water everyday at school, these bottles are being converted into flower pots. The students, teachers and the community are being involved in this project.

    Hello Mariam,

These natural disasters have a great impact on the country. It is difficult for authorities to cope with these unpredicted calamities. The education sector as well is affected though we have the facilities of online teaching. Additional resources are needed to conduct the class online.
