@Burfatmukhtiar That's right. Motivation should be one of the engagement tools in the hands of the teacher to create an interactive atmosphere whether online or offline.

Hi dears,Teachers can take several steps to manage their stress and balance their mood to be more effective in the classroom:
Self-Care:Regular exercise, a balanced diet, and adequate sleep can significantly reduce stress levels. Practices like deep breathing, meditation, yoga, or mindfulness can help in managing stress and maintaining a calm demeanor.
Time Management: Identify the most important tasks and focus on completing them first.Break down large tasks into smaller, manageable steps to avoid feeling overwhelmed. Share responsibilities with colleagues or teaching assistants when possible.
Professional Support: Seek guidance from more experienced colleagues. Engage in workshops and training to enhance teaching skills and learn stress management techniques. seek external professional help if needed for counselling .
Building a Support Network: Build a support network with fellow teachers to share experiences and solutions. Lean on loved ones for emotional support and understanding.
Classroom Strategies:Being well-prepared can reduce anxiety. Have lesson plans ready and anticipate potential challenges.Establish clear rules and routines to create a predictable and stable learning environment.Build positive relationships with students to create a supportive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
Taking Breaks: Incorporate short breaks during the day to relax and recharge. Use moments between classes to practice mindfulness or simple relaxation techniques.
Maintaining a Positive Attitude: Reflect on the positive aspects of teaching and celebrate small successes. Keep a gratitude journal to remind yourself of the positive elements in your life and career.
By integrating these strategies into their daily routines, teachers can manage their stress levels more effectively, maintain a balanced mood, and create a more conducive learning environment for their students.

You are right. Teacher's mood leaves lasting effects on students' learning. If a tescher's mood is postive, and he/she is polite, kind, friendly snd sympathetic then studdnts will actively partivipate in learning activities and they will learn easily. They will understand every thing and where they will face anything regarding underdtanding they will not hesitate in asking from teacher. On the contrary if a teacher's mood is negative, he/shr is rude, harsh tempered then not only students will not learn easily but on one hand they will not take active participation in learning but will hesitste in asking anything which they have failed to understand. So teacher should be very polite, kind, encouraging, sympathetic and friendly while teaching to students. A teacher must know himself first then teach students. The condudive environment of classroom depends on teacher's mood. So first he/she should make his mood positive while teaching then teach. In this way his/her teaching will be effective and he will prove himself as an effective teacher. For this he/she should have command on subject which he is teaching. Then he should underdstand the psychology of students aldo. He/she should be pdychologist also. Without understanding psychology of students he/she will not be able to teach effectively.

@Tabassumlaghari What do you think what is really need of a student in Government Schools in our Area. I think free Books, note book and a pen and one pencil.

Dear Shabeena,
Since we are in a rural area, the literacy rate here is not very high. Our first priority should be to motivate the parents, as most of them are not literate. Once they are motivated, we can focus on providing quality education to the students so that their learning and knowledge can improve. If you are talking about basic supplies like pens, pencils, or notebooks, there's no doubt that parents will be able to afford these when we emphasize the importance of their children's bright future. Having educated, well-trained, and experienced teachers in the school can also greatly enhance the students' learning.(FARHAN MEHBOOB)

Dear Shabe, You raised a good point of understanding students needs in rural areas of Sindh, Pakistan.
In government schools, especially in areas like ours, providing basic educational resources is essential. However, I think beyond just free books, notebooks, a pen, and a pencil, the real need is to create an environment that fosters learning and development. The quality education, learning materis, supportive environment and parental involvement is crucial for not only learning but also the support and environment they need to thrive.
Hope you got my point of view...

@SHABE1037d01a49 Hello shabeena! As you mentioned the resources: pens, pencils and notebooks these are also needed for student's learning but besides this a good quality teacher and good environment is utmost needed. Because these things one can buy but those not.
