    Thank you in advance!

  • Sir very nice to share this topic, it's so interesting. Often I learned from my juniors and students. However, I learned from my society people. 21st century learners have innovative ideas and they are very sharp minded. Many times my students give new ideas that I haven't in my mind.

  • @Burfatmukhtiar It happens every time in my class . I like to share my experience and the way I found to overcome this situation.
In a group activity students asked questions about unfamiliar things and I usually let other students to answer it. As a result I assist there previous knowledge and experience. Some time they answer correctly and some time not. But as a result there communication skills development and critical thinking skill also develop . After that I answer there questions.

  • @Burfatmukhtiar Aslam o Alaikum dear,

Great topic! ๐ŸŒŸ To learn from our students, we can use feedback surveys ๐Ÿ“, encourage reflections ๐Ÿง , and observe their interactions ๐Ÿ‘€. Classroom discussions also help us understand their needs. Letting students teach can show their strengths and challenges ๐ŸŽ“.
