أرى أن مهارات القرن الحادى والعشرين أصبحت ضرورية فى الفصول الدراسية، وتشمل مهارات الاتصال والعرض والتفكير الناقد والعرض والعمل الجماعى واستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال والذكاء الاصطناعى والتعلم الذاتى المستمر، حيث أنها لازمة للحياة والعمل والمنافسة فى المجتمعات المحلية والقومية والدولية.
أرى أن مهارات التفكير النقدي، التعلم الذاتي، مهارات التكنولوجيا ضرورية للطلّاب وتشمل حل المشكلات وعرض الأفكار والحلول، استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم فى التعلم الذاتى وتوظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعى وأدوات وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعى فى التعلم الذاتى المستمر والتوجيه الذاتى والتطوير الشخصى والمهنى المستمر.
أرى أن المهارة التى يحتاج إليها طلابى هى وتوظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعى وأدوات وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعى فى التعلم الذاتى المستمر والتوجيه الذاتى والتطوير الشخصى والمهنى المستمر، ويمكن دعم طلابى لتنمية هذه المهارة الأساسية وما يرتبط بها من مهارات فرعية من خلال ورش عمل دراسية وتدريبية على تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعى وأدوات وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعى فى التعلم الذاتى المستمر والتوجيه الذاتى والتطوير الشخصى والمهنى المستمر مع تنمية مهارات حماية البيانات ومواجهة التنمر الإلكترونى والإلتزام بأخلاقيات استخدام التواصل الاجتماعى والذكاء الاصطناعى.

Ensuring that both girls and boys have equal excess to ICT facilities like, computers, internet, coding programme, digital learning program, helps bridge learning gaps, improves participations, and prepares all students for the future career. From the national perspective, Bhutan promotes ICT integration through Bhutan Education Blueprint and ICT master plans, which encourage schools to provide gender-friendly digital environment. In this way, equal ICT excess contributes to promoting SDG10 by reducing disparities between genders, rural and urban learners, and socio-economic groups. When girls in remote areas, gain the same digital opportunity as boys, it strengthen social inclusion, and supports Bhutan's broader national development goals of equity and empowerment. Thank you.
