    • RE: Ideas for you_Build innovative environment in classroom with ICT

Technology is a powerful tool, but like any tool, it needs to be accessible to everyone. As we age, technology can become a great companion, but there can be a gap between older adults and the fast-paced world of gadgets and apps.

The good news is, technology can improve our lives at any age. From video calls with loved ones to medication reminders and home safety features, there's something for everyone. The key is to bridge the gap by providing clear instruction, fostering a patient learning environment, and celebrating small victories.

Together, we can ensure technology empowers, not excludes, as we journey through life's stages.

    • 3D Printing Tactile Map for Inclusive Education

      What are Tactile Maps?

Tactile maps are specially designed maps with raised elements and textures that people who are visually impaired can explore using their sense of touch. This allows them to understand the layout of a space, like a playground, and navigate it more confidently.

      Why 3D Printing?

3D printing is a fantastic tool for creating tactile maps because it allows for customization and creativity. Students can design maps that are specific to their playground, featuring raised shapes for slides, swings, and other features. They can also experiment with different textures to represent different areas, like grass or sand.
