The Forum moderators make sure that all forum rules are being followed.
The moderators can, at their own discretion:
edit topics or replies (but only by clearly displaying their edits);
move topics or replies to the appropriate topic, if necessary;
delete or close topics and replies if the content breaks the forum rules.
