@FarhanMehboob very interesting topic that almost confuse us that which school is the best for our child education. As for as concerned quality of education the government institution now days going better, if we talk about curriculum that is very old, traditional and used local languages in all books specially science and social study in our Sindh province. So often we prefer private institution have better curriculum as compare to government. In my opinion those private institute are going best who have their network of schools because these institute going to the way of planned academic system whole of the year so the management of schools can carry on the learning process.

RE: Why tourism is necessary for students of School?
I had organized a trip for my students to Makli Necropolis, a site rich in historical and cultural significance. This excursion provided an invaluable learning experience, allowing students to explore and appreciate the architectural marvels and historical narratives of the region. The visit to Makli Necropolis not only deepened their understanding of our cultural heritage but also sparked curiosity and interest in preserving and studying such important sites. The students were engaged, inspired, and gained a greater appreciation for the rich history of our country. Few Pics are attached here.IMG_20240801_002557.jpg

The necessity to train parents is essential to grow young minds.
Training parents is very essential for nurturing young minds at the school level because in Pakistan many deprived and rural areas have majority of the parents are uneducated and not involved in their children academic activities and we are suffering many student oriented problems such as habitual absentees, no homework response and hygiene of the child. involved parents can better support their children learning, reinforce positive habits, and collaborate effectively with teachers. Consequently this partnership bring a revolutionary change in children academic perspective as well as personal development. Few steps that I highlight here:
Here are few steps to follow as we train parents for the betterment of students:-
Workshops: frequently organize sessions on topics like effective communication and supporting homework and study routines.
-
Parent-Teacher Meetings:
arrange monthly meetings to discuss student progress, share strategies for support, and address any concerns or questions. -
Interactive Sessions: Engage parents in activities that model effective teaching techniques and strategies they can use at home.
-
Using Social media platforms: Establish groups via whatsup or messenger where parents can share experiences and feedback about child progress.
-
Involvement in School Activities: Encourage parents to participate in school events and classroom activities to better understand the school environment and curriculum.
Now my question is that really we needed to implement the above steps in our schools or not? Kindly share your reviews about my topic.

RE: Role Of a Teacher as a Facilitator
@sabahatjamil I'm glad you found the description of the teacher's role as a facilitator interesting and aligned with your perspective. It's indeed crucial to create a student-centered environment where activities are tailored to their individual needs and mindsets. By doing so, we can motivate students and equip them with the skills and knowledge they can apply in their daily lives, fostering lifelong learning and critical thinking.
Your approach reflects a deep understanding of how to engage students effectively.

RE: **Qualified Teacher and Experienced Teacher.**
@FarhanMehboob very interesting topic to raise over here. In my opinion, qualified person get less time to acheive their goals as compare to experience person. Now days education standards and quality more improved in coming generations. They have more capable and skilled as compare to experience persons. Suppose an experience person get this destination in 10 years as compare to qualified person can get this thing in 2 years. Just like boyles law" Qualification is inversely proportional to the time.

RE: Student learning outcome SLO
@Ana_moderator dear slo's are very mean in to us being a teacher. Without students learning objective(SlO)a teacher can't fulfill their aim to teach a topic. Every topic has different strategies to teach so it's very necessary part to set goals of that topic, without slo it impossible to assess the students and manage the time period of particular lesson. Hope my forum fellows understand my point of view, that's itπ₯°thanksπ₯³

RE: Students regularity issues in school
@Tabassum-Laghari hi I m Asma Shahzad from Sindh Pakistan, Thanks to share a main issue which we teachers are often facing. The strategies u have shared usually I used some of them at my school . Actually every child need a personal and individual response from the teacher so they may keen interested in studies and coming school on next day. If a student feel fearless and full of confident at their topics which he or she learned well, the attendance automatically improved of that student.

RE: Teaching philosophy
@Uzma-qamar dear your thoughts about teaching philosophy are very appreciable, without moral attitudes a teacher can not justify their role among students. As we reach at modernization of teaching method, we need student a critical thinker and problem solver so without ethical perspectives we can not achieve our objectives well.
