Implementing comprehensive anti-bullying policies, fostering a culture of empathy and respect, providing education on conflict resolution and social-emotional skills, promoting inclusivity and diversity, and ensuring adequate supervision and intervention mechanisms are all essential strategies. Additionally, fostering open communication channels and providing support services for both victims and perpetrators can help address underlying issues and prevent escalation.
