Exactly! This is a real problem in many places.

Sometimes, people get jobs but don’t actually work.

They sit in offices, take salaries, and do very little or no useful work.

This is called idle employment or ghost working.

   People get paid, but the organization gets no real benefit.

   If people are not truly working, they are not helping the country move forward.

   Hard-working employees see this unfair behavior and feel discouraged.

4. Blocks job opportunities
   A lazy worker is occupying a seat that could be given to someone who really needs and wants the job.

What Should Decent Work Look Like?

The employee is skilled and productive.

The job is meaningful, safe, and respectful.

The person is really contributing to the team or society.

There is equal chance for everyone—men, women, youth, and even people with disabilities.

For economic growth to be real and helpful for all, we must replace idle jobs with meaningful, active work. Decent work means earning a salary honestly, using your skills, and helping the workplace or country
