Extra-curricular activities(ECA) are very important in education. They help students develop confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills. These activities make learning fun and improve both mental and physical health. They also help students discover their talents and become more active and social.These activities are related with syllabus so as teacher we can not ignore them because students can learn something beyond the books.
